I am a researcher and tattoo artist located in Portland, Oregon.

I have had someone recently reach out to me about laser tattoo removal and they brought up Dr. Leigh’s name and contact information. I am writing this email to see if correspondence or a possible phone call is possible to discuss treatment option for a broad allergic response to pigment red 254 and yellow 138. Specifically laser treatment options for reduction/removal and guidance for this young woman, and as to how best to proceed with removal of microblading permanent makeup.

If anyone is available, please contact me via email so we can schedule a call.

    Thank you for you time.

Hi Rian, Thanks for reaching out. I better clear up the fact that I’m a registered nurse and not a doctor. Please give me a call at your convenience at 512-808-6712 and I’ll be happy to help if I can. Cheers, Brendan
